Accommodations

The Spa Elizabeth Boutique is located at 225 Front Street.  Guests will find a lovely selection of curated Gifts & Skincare, as well as travel essentials.  Guests are welcome to visit the Boutique to inquire about Spa Reservations, Gift Certificate Purchases and Retail Therapy!  Our Boutique Staff are available for Reservations, as well as Personal Shopping Experiences.

The Spa sits above the Boutique. The entrance is to the left when facing the boutique-hiding around the corner.  We have a stairway entry to our second floor, where we offer a quiet relaxation area where Spa guests will check in and begin their relaxation.  Our relaxation area also offers seated Foot Massage Treatments for 1-2 guests at a time, when available.  On our third floor-we have two treatment rooms where we offer our Facials and Skincare Services and Massage Therapy Treatments.

As a healing spa, we take measures to ensure special considerations for our guests. We reserve In-Cottage Services for those who are need of these special considerations. Please inquire for In-Cottage services and availability if you are unable to use our stairway entry.

As a growing community and destination, Spa Elizabeth is currently in its temporary location. As we design the future spa, we vow to create a space suitable for all, with all sincerity.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that an advance notice of 4 hours is required for any change or cancellation of confirmed services in order to avoid a 50% charge. We accept cancellations by phone or text message only.

RESERVATIONS POLICY

If you are scheduling appointments in advance of more than 4 weeks, please understand appointments may be modified due to unforeseen changes in staff availability.

PREPAYMENT OF SERVICES

Please understand our policy for prepayment. Pre-Paid Services and Gift Certificates are non-refundable. We suggest providing a card on file and we can process payment the day of the service appointment.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

Please understand we prepare in advance for each service. We charge the full amount of the scheduled services for all no show appointments.

HEALTH PRECAUTIONS

As a measure of absolute safety for our guests and staff-we require that our spa guests notify and cancel spa reservations due to any symptoms of illness. Guests will be charged the full service amount if they do not cancel in advance due to illness. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing symptoms of any illness type.
